Regular Registration
First Attendee: $495
Additional Attendees within your organization: $395 each

Registration Fee for The Beryl Institute Members

Day Pass - Ideal for those who cannot attend the entire 3-day conference. Day passes are available for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and include all scheduled events and activities for the selected day(s).
One Day: $125
Two Day: $250

Upon registration, you may pay online with a Visa or MasterCard, or you will receive an invoice, which can either be paid via corporate check or added to your regular monthly statement.

If multiple people are registering from the same organization, the group discount will automatically be applied and we can send a single invoice for the group.

Policies

Transfer Policy
You may transfer your conference registration to another person in your organization at any time by notifying Sarah Beth Zwernemann via e-mail or phone at 817-785-5029.

Registration Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee, if your notification is received in writing on or before March 1, 2010. Refunds will not be issued to participants who do not attend the conference and did not cancel their registration by March 1, 2010.

Hotel Cancellation
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel. You must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you may be subject to the hotel's penalties and fees.
